Group Fitness Classes

HIIT- Offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 8:00 PM
A dynamic, full-body workout that uses dumbbells, body weight, and TRX straps in a variety of interval formats. By alternating bursts of higher intensity with recovery, this class is designed to elevate your heart rate, improve endurance, and keep your body burning calories long after class ends.

Strength + Core- Offered Saturday mornings at 8:00AM
A strength-focused workout centered on lifting heavier, moving with control, and building a strong foundation. Using dumbbells, TRX straps, and body weight, this class emphasizes total-body strength along with core activation, balance, and stability, without traditional cardio.

*Modifications and progressions will be offered for every exercise so you can feel safe, challenged, and comfortable in every class.

Perimenopause/Menopause
Strength Program

(Coming This Fall) This special program will focus on strength training for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. We’ll also welcome a variety of experts who will share their knowledge, provide support, and answer questions along the way. Stay tuned — more details are coming soon.
