Katie’s Story

KW Fitness was built from my passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and connected. After having my first child, I discovered how powerful movement could be — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Since becoming a Group Fitness Instructor in 2017, I’ve loved creating workouts that challenge women, support real-life strength, and make fitness feel empowering and fun. My goal is to create a community where women uplift each other, push themselves, and walk out feeling proud.
